Recurring reminders, onboarding

Once 1.0.0 was out, I immediately started working on the next version, which has the most important feature - recurring reminders. They are pretty flexible:

• You can define frequency: hourly, daily, weekly, monthly
• Interval can be any number from 1 to 30, so a reminder will be triggered every second day, or week
• Weekly reminders can be scheduled for specific days of the week
• Monthly reminders can be scheduled for any day of the month

When a user installs the extension, the first thing they would now see is a simple onboarding allowing them to test and troubleshoot notifications, as for many of you, native notifications might be disabled, and without them, SuperReminder won't work.
